Copyright and takedown requests
Last updated: 5 October 2026
What this covers
EverAds lets its users look up ads that are publicly listed in Meta's Ad Library and save individual ads to a private collection for reference. EverAds does not claim ownership of those ads. They belong to the advertisers who published them.
If you are an advertiser or a rights holder and you want an ad, or all ads from your Page, removed from EverAds, tell us and we will remove it.
How to ask for removal
Email team@ever-ads.com with the subject “Takedown request” and include:
- What to remove. The Meta Ad Library link or id of each ad, or the Facebook Page whose ads should all be removed.
- Who you are. Your name, the organisation you act for, and an email address or phone number we can reach you on.
- Your basis. A statement that you own the material or are authorised to act for the owner, and that you believe in good faith its use on EverAds is not authorised.
- Confirmation. A statement that the information in your request is accurate, with your physical or electronic signature.
What we do
- We remove the ad, or every ad from the Page, from search results on EverAds.
- We delete every saved copy held in our users' collections, including the stored images and video.
- We block it from being shown or saved again.
- We reply to confirm once this is done.
We act on complete requests promptly. Accounts that repeatedly use EverAds to infringe others' rights are closed.
If your saved ad was removed
If an ad was removed from your collection and you believe the request was mistaken, email team@ever-ads.com with the ad's link, your contact details, and why you believe the removal was a mistake. We will pass your reply to the party that made the request.
