Sub-processors

Overview

EverAds uses the third-party service providers listed below to operate the service. Each provider is bound by a written agreement to protect your data and to process it only on our instructions.

We update this list when it changes. If you'd like to be notified of changes, email team@ever-ads.com. This page is the canonical reference for our processors and is linked from our Privacy Policy.

Hosting and database

• Supabase - database, authentication, file storage and the encrypted token vault. Data is hosted in the EU West (Dublin, Ireland) region.
• Vercel - application hosting and content delivery. Vercel operates a global edge network; static content and certain function executions may be served from any of Vercel's regions worldwide.

Payments

• Stripe - payment processing, subscription management and invoicing. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe; EverAds never sees or stores your full card number.

Email delivery

• Resend - transactional email (sign-up confirmation, password reset, billing notices, generation results).

Error monitoring

• Sentry - exception reporting and error context for operational debugging. Error reports may include the affected user's identifier so we can correlate and respond.

AI image generation

• Kie - image generation.
• Wavespeed - image generation.

AI text generation

• OpenRouter - routes text-generation prompts (offer descriptions, callouts, audience research) to upstream model providers including Anthropic, OpenAI and Google. Our OpenRouter account is configured to route only to upstream providers whose API terms prohibit training on customer prompts.

Authentication

• Google - OAuth sign-in provider, used only if you choose “Sign in with Google”.

Advertising attribution and Meta integration

Meta Platforms appears in two distinct roles:

• Marketing tracking on ever-ads.com - via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, to measure the effectiveness of EverAds' own advertising.
• Marketing API access on your behalf - when you connect your Meta account, EverAds uses Meta's Marketing API to publish ads, read selected ad account metadata, and retrieve campaign performance for display in your dashboard. We only access the ad accounts, Pages and Pixels you explicitly select during onboarding.

International data transfers

Personal data is primarily stored in the EEA (Ireland). Some of our sub-processors operate infrastructure in the United States or other jurisdictions outside the UK and EEA. Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards including:

• the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum;
• recipient certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and UK Extension where applicable.
